毎週pin-up / Weekly pin-up

来週から毎週pin-upを行うことにします。 次回6月10日火曜日は13:00まで に各自は壁面に A4 フォーマットでプリントアウトし、各自壁面に貼りだしておいてください。一人壁パネル一枚くらいの領域で。場所の確保などは平野さんにアドヴァイスもらってください。 基本的にはスタジオの内向きに、提出やポスターセッションに向けて、表現物を充実させて行く為に行います。毎回持っているものを全て、見せるようにしましょう。 これまで個人対応だったので、個々にどのようなプロジェクトが進められているかが見えにくかったと思います。どのような評価、目的関数を設定しているか、お互いに参考にするのも、また意見を交換するのも良いかと思います。 We are going to perform the weekly pin-up from next week. Print out all of your current materials in A4 format and, stick them to the walls up to 13:00 10th June Tuesday. Probably it’s good enough 1 wall panel unit for 1 person. baking component (from script) / pythonスクリプトから自動的にベイクさせるコンポーネント

baking.gh This will fit for some projects (parameter finding, when you get “good ” paramete combination, then you can bake it automatically) 2 input port layer_name: baked object will be on that layer name, if the layer doesn’t exist, it will be created. bake_obj_list: object list, same like we directed rhino preview object to “a” port. いくつかのプロジェクトに使えると思います。パラメータの組を探して、ある評価にマッチしたときに、パラメータの記録とベイクを同時に自動に行うのに使えそうです） 2つの入力 layer_name:　レイヤの名前を指定します。指定したレイヤにベイクオブジェクトが焼かれます。おそらくこれはダイナミックに、パラメータの組を基にしたレイヤ名などにするとスマートでしょう。レイヤが存在しない場合は新たに作成します。 bake_obj_list:　ライノプレビューオブジェクトを入力します。これまでプレビューモデルを “a” ポートに向けていたのと同じです。全てをこれに向けるとどんどんオブジェクトが量産されて行くので注意。上で書いたように、ある条件にあったときだけ、焼く、という風に使ってください。

python module for MAS studio, スタジオ用のpythoモジュールです

mas.zip what: スタジオで扱うモデルのために作ったモジュールです。今後機能拡張、して行きます。詳しい使用方法はエスキース時に説明します（後にポストします）。グラフ理論における最短ルート検索などの関数を含みます These are python modules made for this MAS studio. Still in progress. I will lecture you how to use in escuisse time. It includes functions to find the shortest path in network, the algorithms are based on graph theory. how to set up: MASunitというフォルダを c:\ 直下 に作成( c:\MASunit  )して下さい。その中にzipファイルの中身 CA_neighbour.py graph_util.py Utility.py の3つのファイルを入れてください。 create a folder “MASunit” directly under c:\ ( c:\MASunit) . unzip downloaded mas.zip you will have 3 files: CA_neighbour.py graph_util.py Utility.py put these files in that “MASunit” folder. パスを通します rhinoceros　で EditPythonScript とコマンドを打ってpython editorを出してください。 Tools -> options… とたどって Files タブ　Module Search Paths のところで　+ ボタンを押して、上で作ったフォルダのパス c:\MASunit を指定してください。その後Rhinocerosを終了し、再起動してから使用可能になります。 set the path to modules on Rhinoceros command “EditPythonScript”Read More »

agents_from_textdots_and_surface.zip This would probably fit to Justin’s CA model, but still would be useful for all of you. Also this components combination and class definitions could work for all of your models. この入力方法はJustinさんのモデルに使えると思いますが、２つのコンポーネントのつなぎかた、インスタンスの送り方、クラスの定義などは皆さんのモデルにほぼ共通して使えるスタイルです。

Mideterm presentation sheets / 中間講評資料

AM-AS_projects_Midtermpresentation_sheets I think we well done the midterm presentation. It wasn’t super good, but still we have serious and strong points to discuss, which is eagerly required for scientific architectural design. Anyway, we really have to step forward!
